it sounds lovely where you live... I never thought I would like NY, but... I sure did love upstate when I visited friends, and I have a sneeeaky idea that I would love where you are too...
ocean breezes... hmmm sounds perfect...
plus, YOU are there and I bet there is coffee or tea near by, and a cozy spot to sit, and chat...
